We propose a telemedicine system that contributes to remote surgical support by specialists and the establishment of an online medical consultation system.
• The client device is configured by connecting a camera and devices (such as Wi-Fi, 4G/5G modems) to a mini PC (Jetson), making installation and setup easy. • Camera resolution, audio/image codecs, and maximum communication data volume settings can be adjusted according to the required image quality and communication environment. • Optimized by WebRTC technology, video transmission delay can be reduced to about 100 milliseconds. • Nurses visit patients in remote locations and transmit auscultation sounds, conversations between doctors and patients, and video through the internet.
